Placing an order:
Placing an order with SIM Master couldn’t be simpler. Whether you opt for the website or phone,
the same terms and conditions apply, all covered by our privacy policy. The contract between
SIM Master and the customer is finalized upon receipt of a dispatch notification. Until then, the
order is considered an invitation to treat and can be canceled. We recommend using a valid email
address when ordering through the website for dispatch notifications, which form the contract.
Delivery:
Once your order is received and you’ve got the dispatch notification, we dispatch goods
promptly. We may use alternative couriers based on order size, and a signature may be required
upon delivery. Any delivery issues should be reported within 48 hours. While orders typically
arrive within 2-3 working days, please allow up to 14 working days before contacting us about
undelivered goods.
Returns:
If any received goods are faulty, notify us within 48 hours for return and credit or refund. No
refund will be issued for goods found not faulty or damaged by the user.
Consumer Rights:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have rights regarding faulty or
misdescribed goods and order cancellation.
Return Policy:
To return a product, contact us first via email or phone.
Pricing:
Prices quoted include VAT. Price changes won’t affect confirmed orders, and customers will pay
the price in their order confirmation. If prices change for unconfirmed orders, customers will be
informed and given the option to cancel.
Effective Date and Applicability:
These terms are effective from 01/03/2024 and apply to all orders made after that date. They
don’t affect statutory rights regarding faulty goods or order cancellation.
Payment Method:
PayPal is the only payment method available currently.
Retailer Terms and Conditions:
Further terms and conditions apply for the supply of PAYG SIMs, including commission
structures, claw backs, disputes, and ongoing contractual obligations.
